Master Program Admission Requirements
 
Preliminary Requirements for Admission
Christ must be the center and architect of each student’s faith and life. Students are expected to enroll with the aim of pursuing deeper spiritual commitment and maturity in the service of the Lord.

General admission Requirements
To be accepted into any master’s program, a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree. Or at least 60 credit hours of undergraduate work, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher in a Bible-related program. If the degree/courses are from a secular school, GCU also requires at least three years of full-time or five years of part-time ministry experience, and/or enrollment in our Div.M. program. With the approval of an academic adviser, a student may combine master of divinity courses with concentrations in other master programs. more
 
 

 

Copyright Policy
All Master and Doctoral lecture notes (including theses and dissertations) prepared for GCU programs will be open documents, generally published and available to current students for degree work. GCU will not award any Master or Doctor degree until the relevant dissertation, thesis, or project report is submitted to the Seminary and accorded unlimited distribution status.
Dissertations however, will be exempted from this requirement if the student/author inserts a copyright notice in all copies, including the original and any retained by author.
